The total portfolio, including 10,000 new beds in the forward pipeline, is worth c. £2.9 billion. Unite plans to double the net operating income from our UK student portfolio by 2012 by driving strong rental growth and an active development programme. It new brand, Livocity, is focused on creating a new aspirational style of accommodation for graduates.
