Interested to hear thoughts of anyone attending the webinar. CEO came across as a no nonsense straight talker which as a fellow Northerner I liked. He certainly wasn't overly impressed with Tesla. With so many businesses pivoting to digital first, creating awful standards of customer service (the legal profession is currently the worst example of this), it was encouraging to see a a focus on the customer and a commitment to creating a culture of training and personal development especially in customer facing roles. IMO the culture of a business is very much a part of a businesses moat.
