iomart (LON:IOM) fall in share price seems like an overreaction based on Friday's trading update.

It is certainly cheap now but I could see it dropping to low 30's still. EPS for this year and next still forecast to be lower. Revenues broadly in line - so will likely be at bottom end of forecast or a miss and tbh, who cares about the revenues, it's the profits that count. I wouldn't go on the PE either when the debt is as much as the market cap. Work the PE out according to the EV value and the PE is twice as much. Maybe it will turn around maybe it will not but either way it could be a stock you end up holding for a couple of years. I think if you can pick it up at around 30p though, you could make an easy 50% in short time, but while it is still in a down trend and a serial profit warner do you really want to be paying £90m plus for a company that looks to be making £5m profit or less? What growth they do seem to make is mainly coming from MA, which ofc is also adding to the amount of people they are employing which will add to the coming NI hikes. Hang on from buying is my opinion until it gets to real bargain basement prices. But hey, what do I know, it will probably spike up tomorrow!
