The market,from todays valuation, says yes.
But is it high risk?
Well that is for other investors to take a view on.
The company looked to have been on the verge of going down a year ago and was saved by a new directors cash injection.[4.75p new shares]
A trading statement two months ago talked of a much reduced loss.
The outlook was also upbeat.
My own view is to value all what has gone into the company over the last few years and what profit is required to get the share price moving up.
Any profit this year would see the shares rerated from a starting point of just above zero.
Value investing is all about seeing value where others do not.
Outstanding profits can be made from investments that others will not near with a barge pole.
