Seems a reasonable proposal on paper especially with Amazon, to name the biggest, needing storage - In spades.
Alternate I guess is Tritax Big Box Reit (LON:BBOX)
All views and comments welcome as it's definitely not an area I know well at all - But it's an area I believe has room for big growth.

I've had a nice run with SEGRO (LON:SGRO) . On Stock Report screen 17 analysts are gaining confidence in it. If you become interested I suggest to back read a few of their RSNs over past year. They can give you some insights into what SEGRO (LON:SGRO) believes it is building.I first bought in Sept 2015 and have topped up regularly since based on the news flow.
