Hi Paul,

Great podcast, healthcare stocks seem such a key market moving forward, hVIVO and EKF I will be exploring further. Aside from AstraZeneca (LON:50UC), my healthcare pick is Crispr Therapeutics AG (NMQ:CRSP) , its a large biotech company over in the states that I feel could have significant upside. It has a huge cash pile and is very close to getting FDA approval on a few big pipeline projects targeting Sickle Cell Disease and B-thalassemia, some of it's oncology and diabetes treatments aren't far behind. It's not small at 3billion market cap but it could easily rise 50%+ providing the FDA approval comes in as expected

Great chat with John Hughman. I enjoyed it as I do with most of your videos. Keep them coming. It was good to see Johns thoughts mirroring my own.

Interesting to get the views of John and Paul on housebuilder prospects. I found the discussion fascinating.

There does seem to be a view that it is too early to buy into housebuilders. I think this is the case as housebuilders are nowhere near the lows they experienced at the start of 2009. Just recently they have counterintuitively risen despite the increases in mortgage costs and decrease in house sales which I think is due to their perceived value.

My own view is that we should wait a while and possibly buy when we think interest rates have stabilised with a sense that the next move is downwards. This may take a while as UK CPI Inflation has just been announced as 10.5% whereas the US has just announced 6.5%. Nevertheless Rishi Sunak's recent tax hikes which would probably have made Gordon Brown blush may mean the BOE doesn't have to raise rates much further.

Another helpful factor may be positive indications in the Purchase Managers Index. This is clearly an area to watch very closely.

Eli Lilly and Co (NYQ:LLY) - UK approval due for Tirzepatide weight loss drug particularly for diabetes patients. This could be huge but what seems obvious does not always work out or more likely already in the price. Scared of buying at such valuations.

Competitor Novo Nordisk A/S (NYQ:NVO) Wegovy. Any probably others not far behind.

Bizarre names they use but suppose in our neurodiverse times a safer route.
