Does anybody know why this share doesn't have a StockRank? It's been listed for two and a half years now so I would have thought there should be one? I'm assuming it won't be very good though so perhaps it is better that I don't know it!
Kistos plc wanted to change to a conventional holding company Group structure to facilitate future development of the business. This was done by a members' scheme of arrangement, a procedure under the Companies Act 2006 which is used to carry out corporate reorganisations. Shares in Kistos plc were replaced by those of Kistos Holdings plc which was admitted to trading on AIM on 22 December 2022. In effect it is the same business with the same number of shares but now in the name of Kistos Holdings plc and with the same KIST code. The drilling of a well operated by their partner Total Energies is due to commence in Q2 of 2023 with Kistos holding a 25% stake.
