i raised this problem months ago with support staff but it took forever to get a response, and it's obvious the problem still persists.

The charting of StockRank and index results is strangely wildly inaccurate, at least for Australia.

I have attached two screenshots, one from the Today page which shows the Australian All Ordinaries Index has collapsed 98.6%, and another which shows that almost every decile of StockRank has hugely outperformed the index from which the companies comprise. That's obviously impossible.

Curiously for an international website, your interface still shows £ currency symbols. Personally I have my currency set to Australian dollars.

all seems rather weird and I am not sure what the problem is. When I look at the outcomes of various rankings, such as StockRank and QualityRank, the outcomes seem to be just random.
