I've recently expanded the Workspace wiki entry - and I feel modestly enthusiastic about the stock, though I haven't rushed out and bought any yet. It seems to be a smart operator, but I worry a bit about the amount of 'informal' space that's coming on the market - skint companies doing unofficial sub-lets, and so on - and refurbished properties being made available at bargain basement prices. But it seems to have done reasonably well with occupancy rates.
So I'd be glad to hear from other investors - has anyone made the leap of faith and actually bought in?
