Executive Summary

Diablo is an independent record label and media management company based in the south of England. Its strategy is to record and manage a limited number of artists which its Directors believe have potential for significant revenue generation and to build on the creative talents of the Group's core management team to leverage its activities in video/audio production and songwriting. The Directors believe that these creative activities offer financial and artistic benefits to the bands under the Group's management and are key elements in raising the Group's profile in the industry as well as being income generative. The Group has three bands under contract, which are enjoying growing commercial success, and is seeking to raise funds to promote these bands and to provide working capital for its other activities.
