Chief Executive Officer David Andrews

David founded Xchanging in 1999. For most of his career he has specialized in IT and outsourcing. He brings international experience, having worked in Africa, the UK, the USA, France, Germany, Scandinavia and Australia. Previously, he was Partner at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) for 14 years, a Board member of Andersen Worldwide and a Board member of Deutsche Börse, chairing their technology committee for five years. David is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Accountants, has an MA from Sheffield University and is a William Pitt Fellow of Pembroke College, Cambridge. 

Chief Financial Officer Richard Houghton
Richard joined Xchanging in 1999 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in September 2003. He brings diverse finance experience having worked in a wide range of industries and in multiple geographies including Europe, the USA and Australia. Prior to joining Xchanging, Richard worked as Chief Executive Officer of the Industrial Products Division of Caradon plc, and as a consultant at Mckinsey & Company for five years. He began his career at Esso. He holds an MBA from Harvard and graduated with a degree in Chemical Engineering from Cambridge University.
