XP Power (LON:XPP) is a midcap sitting just below the FTSE250*

It has a freefloat of over 80% yet the daily traded volumes are tiny, sometimes a couple of hundred shares, sometimes a couple of thousand.

So what am I missing, why are volumes so low? The NMS of 100 also seems low.
