Yourgene Health (LON:YGEN)

I'm short of time so I'll just post an extract from a post I made on another site.

"Was the last result from the company terrible. No, in fact it had some
very encouraging items of news for those who take the trouble to look.

Has there been any insider selling. No exactly the opposite, since early this year:-

L. F. Rees.....BUY...1,000,000 @ 7.10p...£71,000 0.28

H. W. Jeffreys.BUY.....355,450 @ 8.44p...£30,000 0.09

B. Hextall.....BUY......50,325 @ 11.99p...£6,034 0.08

Has there been selling from any large holders or institutions who
presumably would have been canvassed about their attitude to stumping up
more funds. No, only more buying:-

MI Chelverton UK Equity Growth Fund...Jun 30, 2022 27.9m ^27.9m 3.83%

Liontrust Investment Partners LLP.....Jun 30, 2022 20.7m ^1.8m 2.85%

There are some on this board who have profitted in the past by ramping
up and talking down the SP, there are others who by their gloomy outlook
help them inadvertently. My glass is half-full here. I stress I'm not
giving advice but although it's priced for bankruptcy, the book value is
shown as 4.75p per share, its net debt shown as £667000, cash shown as
£4.67M, sales growth for latest interim vs prior period 113%, its price
to sales = 0.67 which is the leader among 28 companies in the
biotechnology and medical research market. This last figure is is just
one where it compares well (in the top half) to others in this market
section. All data acknowledgement to Stockopedia.

So the truth is out there. It won't be jam tomorrow but by my reckoning
the SP is less than half its present value on assets alone.

Now can we please stop the constant carping about unfounded speculation."
