My own risk-averse view on EHG is that their hotel offering is both small and very geographically localised in an area potentially susceptible to significant disruption from hurricanes and tropical storms; on that basis perhaps, at the least, it deserves its low rating...? Re. NXR, I bought quite a few years ago and I hold purely for the yield, which is 4% at the price…

I made a very modest profit on CCT back in 2015 when I sold them and am glad I don't hold now, and would not…
