I'm interested in viewing the raw fundamental data from UK company financial statements, both interim and annual. As far as I've been able to determine, the Stockopedia screener doesn't provide this information, and simply presents calculated ratios like P/E instead. Is this correct? Does anyone know how I can view the financial statement data without paying Bloomberg an absolute fortune?

I agree that the forex fee is too high, but I'm not aware of another platform aimed at retail investors that offers a multicurrency account and trading in markets outside the UK. I think you might be able to avoid the forex fee if you have a multicurrency bank account in your own name so that you can make transfers and withdrawals without actually converting…

A subject for another thread, I think. I don't know who Minervini is, but the record of one individual is of doubtful significance.

I don't understand why someone would rank stocks by a particular factor without any evidence that that factor has delivered alpha in the recent past in the same market. That's why you need to make a backtest.

Not at the moment, although they have often stated in the past that it may be offered in the future. It is more expensive, but the offering is unique to my knowledge.

Ed, As I said on the SCVR thread, if you can implement backtesting on your platform then I'll join. The selection of canned strategies that you do provide are all very interesting, but I really want to explore other factors. I would have thought it would be in your interest to provide this feature before your competitors at Portfolio123 do. best wishes, Dodge.
