Hi pka I take your point. Indeed DS did buy in a long time ago so is probably still making substantial gains. I agree about directors’ remuneration being poorly crafted. The performance hurdles that need to be achieved for the LTIP to pay out share options are far too low. Especially when this is on top of their bonus scheme.
