On 26 March I sold Telford shares which Stockopedia (SP) rated as a Value Trap at the time at 263p. Today they are now rated as a Super Stock with a Stock Rank of 93 and the price is 351p. As the results for the year to 31.3.19 were pretty much in line with SP's forecast how sound are either of SP's assessments?

Most if not all your website deals with stock selection to BUY but what do you have to say about when to sell a stock?

Looking at Telford's data, as shown by Stockopedia, suggests there is some subjective factor being used for calculating the Quality Rank which is NOT supported by such data. Can someone explain what I have missed to come to this conclusion if they disagree with it?

Have you ever tried using an annual review strategy against your preferred quarterly strategy? I suspect there are a significant number of investors (rather than speculators?) who would find an annual review easier to keep to. Any comments?

How would you advise switching shares in a current portfolio of say 15 or 40 shares into a NAPS portfolio? Having done that when would you recommend any holding should be sold, for example on the next annual NAPS review or only if a 'holding began to show good results?

How do you create the rolling PE chart on this share? It looks a very useful one to create; are there any other ones that can be created by your software?

Simply using high dividend yields for choosing shares seems a pretty superficial and speculative way of investing, investing itself needing a knowledge of the underlying knowledge of companies' business models, strategies and managements. Do too many of us risk our funds, such as they are, far too rashly, particularly in investment market summers careless of the winter's approach?
