The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the offices of Financial Dynamics, 26 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1PB on 17th June 2010 at 12 noon (BST).
I plan to attend but have a busy schedule that day so it will be touch and go.
I am not attending, a board meeting elsewhere that day. Could somebody ask them whether they are concerned about the pairing that holds a wee fraction over 30% of them i.e. Dana Petroleum and Parkmead Group (in which the Dana CEO is the majority shareholder)?
