HML’s strategy is to create one of the UK’s leading residential property managers. Although already more than a start up, we regard this as an early-stage opportunity for investors. HML has an established Greater London base and intends to expand its reach through acquisitions both in the capital and other metropolitan areas. The business model should enable it to improve margins as it capitalises upon economies of scale and sells higher margin services to existing clients. The results to end-March begin to illustrate the potential and prove the model.
