Interim results showed the group on track to meet expectations for the full year, despite the first half absorbing restructuring costs of c £0.8m. While acknowledging a tighter public spending environment going forwards, Tribal has taken action to adjust the cost base, improve productivity and efficiency while adapting its services to improve value add to its clients. Measures are being taken to improve the win rate, particularly in the over £1m contract size area, and the group continues to invest in growth areas. This, together with a healthy sales pipeline, provides assurances for future revenue growth.
