ZURICH/BERLIN, May 12 (Reuters) - Here are some of the main
factors that may affect Swiss stocks on Wednesday:
    
    ABB  ABBN.S 
    Schaeffler AG  SHA_p.DE  and Timken Co.  TKR.N  are among
suitors considering bids for the mechanical power transmission
business being sold by ABB, people familiar with the matter told
Bloomberg News. The business could fetch about $1.5 billion in a
