The Company's projects include Forrest Kerr Gold Project, Pringle North Project and Justin Gold Project. Its lead project, Forrest Kerr Gold Project, is located in the heart of British Columbia’s Golden Triangle in northwestern British Columbia, Canada, and holds approximately 23,397 hectares of area. Its Pringle North Project consists of 5 contiguous mining claims covering approximately 1,881 hectares. The project is approximately 60 km north of the town of Red Lake and located approximately 15km east of the all-weather Nungesser Road. Its Justin Gold Project is approximately 35 kilometers southeast of the Cantung Mine and holds approximately 7,400-hectare of area.
