Albioma SA is a France-based independent power producer. The Company specializes in the design, construction, management and operation of electrical power cogeneration plants. The Company is principally engaged in the production of energy from combined bagasse and coal power plants located in the French overseas departments, fuel oil thermal power plant and gas-powered plants. Furthermore, it produces renewable energy resources. The Company also operates around five wind farms in France and is active in the solar energy sector. The Company operates via its subsidiaries in the French overseas departments in the Caribbean and Indian Ocean Regions, as well as in mainland France, Italy and Spain.
