As at 30 April 2021, Amati AIM VCT plc's share capital consists of 118,369,669 ordinary shares with voting rights.  The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury.
 
Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Amati AIM VCT plc is 118,369,669.
 
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change of interest in, Amati AIM VCT plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
