PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES 
 
The Company announces that on 29 May 2020 it purchased 17,251 ordinary shares for cancellation.  The price paid was 134.5p per ordinary share.
Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 105,246,495 ordinary shares in issue.
