PURCHASE OF OWN SECURITIES

 

The Company announces that on 12 May 2022 it purchased 17,937 ordinary shares
for cancellation. The price paid was 146.5p per ordinary share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 151,319,889 ordinary
shares in issue.
