The Company operates through three segments: Supply Chain Management (SCM), Information Technology Consulting (IT Consulting) and Other. The SCM segment consists of Logility, Inc., which provides collaborative supply chain software and services to streamline and optimize the production, distribution and management of products between trading partners. The IT Consulting segment consists of The Proven Method, Inc., which offers technology staffing and consulting services. The Other segment consists of American Software ERP, which provides purchasing and materials management, client order processing, financial, e-commerce and traditional manufacturing software and services.
