Russian Sanctions - No Impact

 

Amur Minerals Corporation ("Amur" or the "Company"), the nickel-copper
sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the
far east of Russia, announces that the Company has had the opportunity to
review the UK and USA sanctions documentation as of the close of business in
the USA (documents dated 22 February 2022).  There is no impact on our
operations or activities within the Russian Federation.  No one individual or
entity identified within the documentation is associated with the Company in
