Andean Precious Metals Corp. is a Canada-based precious metals producer. The Company is focused on expanding into top-tier jurisdictions in the Americas. It is engaged in the exploration, exploitation, treatment, refining and commercialization of dore containing silver and gold, which it extracts from its own mining rights and through purchased third-party material. The Company’s segments include Bolivia and United States of America. The Company owns a 100% interest in, through direct and indirect interests, Empresa Minera Manquiri S.A. (Manquiri) which is the operator of the San Bartolome processing facility, near Potosi, Bolivia. It also holds interest in Golden Queen Mining LLC, which is situated in Kern County, Southern California on 1,100 hectares. Its subsidiaries include Andean PM AB, Andean Metals SA de C.V., and 1295229 B.C Limited.
