Arcus ASA is a Norway-based consumer goods company within wine and spirits. The Company operates in three business areas: Wine, Spirits and Distribution. The Wine segment covers the import, marketing and sales of wine in Sweden, Norway and Finland. The business is operated through a portfolio of wine importing companies, which, in total, manage more than 350 wine agencies, such as Masi, E. Guigal and Louis Roederer, among others. The Spirits segment consists of such brands as Gammel Opland, Loiten, Aalborg, Gammel Dansk, Vikingfjord, Southern Comfort and Fireball. The business is represented in Norway, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Germany. The Distribution segment is represented by distribution company Vectura AS, which is a logistics service provider for alcoholic drinks.
