Australia China Holdings Limited (AAK) is an investment holding company. The Company is engaged in providing property, agriculture, financial and advisory services. Its segments include Trading and Others, and Property Investment. The Trading and Others segment includes investments in businesses and trading. The Property Investment segment includes property holdings. It invests in various industries and businesses, including building material, resources, power and energy saving. The Company offers a range of energy related products, including power savers, electrical products, lights and controllers. The Company provides administration and restructuring services, including mergers and company acquisitions, sale of companies and businesses, corporate re-organization and insolvency. Its products include cast resin dry type eco transformers with range from 50 kilo volt amperes (kVA) to 2,500 kVA and replacement of traditional oil type transformers, among others.
