Australia New Agribusiness & Chemical Group Ltd is an Australia-based company engaged in the manufacture and sale of compound fertilizer. The Company offers fertilizer for wheat/sorghum, cotton, horticulture, sugar cane, banana and pasture through its subsidiary, Apollo Fertiliser Queensland Pty Ltd. The Company's segments include Compound Fertiliser Apollo and Phosphate Tenements. The Company's Compound Fertiliser Apollo segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of compound fertilizer and its by-products to the domestic market in Australia. The Company's Phosphate Tenements segment is engaged in the exploration and evaluation of phosphate tenements through its subsidiary, Australia Venus Resource Pty Ltd (Venus). The Company owns phosphate tenements through Venus, which produces phosphate from over 11 tenements located in Queensland. Australia Mercury Glass Pty Ltd is the subsidiary of the Company, which is engaged in glass processing.
