** Poland's Allegro  ALEP.WA  surges 52% in its market debut
on Warsaw Stock Exchange and is the most heavily traded stock
among Polish equties, opening at 65 zlotys compared to an issue
price of 43 zlotys 
    ** More than 16.5 million Allegro's shares changed hands in
the first half an hour of trading
    ** The stock is top performer among Polish stocks  .WIG 
    ** Its market capitalisation reached about 66.5 billion
zlotys ($17.57 billion) at the opening, more than double the
value of biggest Polish video game producer CD Projekt  CDR.WA
