The Company is primarily engaged in the acquisition and management of large-scale office property assets, which are leased to national and international companies, including Credit Foncier de France, CAP Gemini, GE Capital, Galderma, Canal Plus, Hewlett Packard, Boursorama, among others. It owns office complexes, which are located in the outskirts of Paris, such as Europlaza, Arcs de Seine, and Rives de Bercy. Tower and campus configurations are the two types of real estate that Cegereal uses, Arcs de Seine and Rives de Bercy complexes are classified as campuses, whereas Europlaza is a tower.
