Profile Summary

Centuria Metropolitan REIT (Trust) is an Australia-based registered managed investment scheme. The principal activity of the Trust is to invest funds in accordance with its investment objectives and guidelines as set out in the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS). The Trust operates in investments in Australian industrial, metropolitan and business park office property segment. The Trust's property portfolio is spread across South Australia, Australian Capital Territory, Queensland and New South Wales. The Trust's South Australia properties include 131-139 Grenfell Street and 1 Richmond Road. The Trust's Australian Capital Territory properties include 54 Marcus Clarke Street and 60 Marcus Clarke Street. The Trust's Queensland properties include 555 Coronation Drive, 149 Kerry Road and 35 Robina Town Centre. The Trust's New South Wales properties include 203 Pacific Highway, 3 Carlingford Road, 44 Hampden Road, 13 Ferndell Street, 9 Help Street and 14 Mars Road.
