CIMIC Group Limited is an Australia-based company, which offers engineering-led construction, mining, services and public private partnerships (PPPs) company. The Company operates through activity-based businesses in construction, mining and mineral processing, operation and maintenance services, PPPs and engineering. These businesses deliver services in Australia and select markets in Asia, the near Pacific, Southern Africa, and the Americas. The Company comprises its construction business CPB Contractors Pty Ltd, including Leighton Asia and Broad, its mining and mineral processing companies Thiess and Sedgman, its services specialist UGL Pty Limited and its public private partnerships arm Pacific Partnerships-all supported by its in-house engineering consultancy EIC Activities Pty Ltd (EIC Activities).
