Daniel Thwaites PLC is a United Kingdom-based company that is primarily engaged in the operation of pubs, inns and hotels. The Company has an estate of approximately 300 freehold properties, comprising pubs, inns, hotels and spas and its craft brewery. Its pub estate encompasses community locals to destination food led pubs in both rural and town center locations, ranging geographically from Cumbria to the Midlands, and from North Wales to Yorkshire. The Company’s Inns are located in rural and honeypot locations for domestic market. It’s Inns portfolio include Red Lion, which is a coaching inn sitting alongside the River Wharfe in the Yorkshire Dales, Burnsall. This property has approximately 25 bedrooms together with five holiday cottages, each with two bedrooms, an outdoor area, a bar and restaurant, and function facilities.
