Profile Summary
DeepRock Minerals Inc. is a Canadian mineral exploration company. The Company is engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of mineral resource properties. The Company’s projects include Ralleau VMS, Golden Gate and Zapozilor Polymetallic. The Ralleau VMS Project is centrally situated east of the regional centre of Lebel sur Quevillon so that it straddles both the Cameron and Barry Deformation Zones; and adjoins both the east boundary of Osisko Metal’s Osborne-Bell Gold/VMS project and the west boundary of Osisko Metal’s Windfall Lake Gold Project. The Golden Gate Project is in Gloucester County approximately 11 kilometers northwest of the mining center in Bathurst, New Brunswick. The project is comprised of three exploration blocks comprising 13 claim units totaling 270 hectares (ha). It holds 100% rights and interest Zapozilor Polymetallic property, covering a perimeter (concession) area of 764.1 ha, Valea Cohului-Valea Zapozilor in western Romania’s Apuseni Mountains.
