planemaker to "equalweight" from "overweight" expecting a down
year for deliveries in 2021
    ** HSBC cuts Verbund  VERB.VI  to "reduce" from "hold" on
the combination of the Austrian utility's unattractive pricing
outlook and the share's rise over recent months
    ** It also downgrades Spanish utility Naturgy  NTGY.MC  to
"reduce" seeing lower demand, commodity price decline and

    INITIATIONS AND REINSTATEMENTS
    ** Barclays initiates Swedbank  SWEDa.ST  with "overweight"

    ** It starts Swedish bank SEB  SEBa.ST  and Norway's DNB
 DNB.OL  with "underweight" as it expects the slowdown and
margin pressure to be most impactful
    ** The broker also initiates Danske Bank  DANSKE.CO , Nordea
Bank  NDAFI.HE  and Handelsbanken  SHBa.ST  with "equalweight"
    ** Bernstein is positive on European autos, citing the
lifestyle-changing pandemic, with falling public air transport
usage, and de-urbanization
    ** It starts BMW  BMWG.DE , Daimler  DAIGn.DE , Volvo
 VOLVb.ST , Renault  RENA.PA  with "outperform"
    ** It also initiates Ferrari  RACE.MI  and Porsche
 PSHG_p.DE  with "underperform"
    ** Berenberg initiates Trainline  TRNT.L  with "buy" as it
expects the British rail and coach ticketing company to grow its
