 * Approach regarding a possible pre-conditional proposal for the privatisation  of the company 
 * Discussions in relation to the possible proposal are at a negotiation stage  only 
 * Application has been made for the resumption of trading in shares with effect from 9:00 a.m. on 4 February 2016 
 * Intermediaries are expected to co-operate with the executive in its dealings  enquiries 
 * "Definite terms for the possible proposal have yet been agreed" 
 * Proposal involves cancellation of shares other than those held by joint  offerors and concert parties at cancellation price of hk$4.48 per share 
 * Joint offerors also indicate that the cancellation price will not be  increased
