 The Board of DP Aircraft I Limited ("DPA" or the "Company") announces that it
 has today, in accordance with DTR 6.3.5, released its Annual Report and
 Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2025.
 The Report will shortly be available from the Group's website:

 Copies of the Annual Report and Audited Consolidated Financial Statements for
