Profile Summary
Dukemount Capital Plc is a United Kingdom-based company involved in identifying and assessing investment projects. The Company’s principal activity is to ensure that the financial position and prospects of the Company are maintained to facilitate a future reverse transaction. The purpose of the Company is to acquire, develop, and manage portfolios of properties which may in some cases be sold on to institutional investors on a sale and leaseback basis and which are already backed up by long term operational tenants at a rent, which where possible is CPI linked. The target properties are operating in cash regenerative business, such as housing association properties in the supported living sector and hotels. It seeks operational tenants to enter into lease terms of at least 25 years which enable the Company to enter into long-term sale and leaseback arrangements. Its subsidiaries include DKE (North West Limited), DKE (Wavertree) Limited, ADV 001 Limited, and others.
