PARIS, Feb 24 (Reuters) - French state bank Bpifrance said
on Wednesday it has invested in Ray-Ban maker EssilorLuxottica
 ESLX.PA , without disclosing its stake, just as the
Franco-Italian eyewear maker readies changes to its board. 
    Bpifrance said it was its second investment from its "Lac1"
fund, which raised several billion euros from private and
sovereign investors to put into French firms described as
promising. 
    EssilorLuxottica earlier on Wednesday disclosed new
nominations for its board, due to be voted on at a shareholder
meeting later this year, which include a representative for
Bpifrance.
