Etalon Group Delivers 40 ths sqm at Swallow's Nest

Etalon Group Limited ("Etalon Group" or the "Company"), one of Russia's largest and longest-established development and construction companies, announces that it has delivered a residential building and a parking garage at its Swallow's Nest project in St. Petersburg. The 24-story building consists of five sections and contains 578 flats. The total NSA of the building is 25.5 ths sqm, while the parking garage NSA is 14.7 ths sqm.

Swallow's Nest is located in the Nevsky district of St. Petersburg. The total NSA of the project is 334 ths sqm, of which 272 ths sqm have already been delivered in 2013-2014. The remainder of the project is on track to be completed in 2016 as per the Company's construction plan.

For the year ended 31 December 2014, Etalon Group's new contract sales totalled 457 ths sqm, or RUB 39,961 million. Deliveries in 2014 totalled 580 ths sqm.

The Company recorded revenue of RUB 39.9 billion and EBITDA of RUB 9.4 billion, with an EBITDA margin of 24% for the year ended 31 December 2013.
