    The board of directors of Spanish energy and engineering
company Acciona will discuss on Thursday a plan to spin off its
renewable unit Acciona Energia and list it on the stock market,

    Spanish oil and gas group Repsol on Thursday reported
adjusted net income of 404 million euros ($486.54 million) for
the fourth quarter, far outstripping an analyst consensus
