Profile Summary
Fresh Vine Wine, Inc. is a producer of lower carb, lower calorie wines in the United States. The Company brings a better-for-you solution to the wine market. The Company sells seven varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Rose, Sparkling Rose, and a limited Reserve Napa Cabernet Sauvignon. All varietals are produced and bottled in Napa, California. The Company's wines are distributed across the United States and Puerto Rico through wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. The Company is able to conduct wholesale distribution of its wines in all 50 states and Puerto Rico, and it is licensed to sell through DTC channels in 43 states. The Company's DTC channel enables it to sell wine directly to the consumer at full retail prices. In addition, it also sells through alternative DTC sales platforms, such as e-commerce marketplaces, product aggregators and virtual distributors, as well as sales through home delivery services.
