Fresnillo plc - Listing Rule 9.6.13R Disclosure

Further to its announcement on 27 February 2020 in respect of Ms. Myriam Guadalupe De la Vega who will be proposed for election as an independent non-executive director of Fresnillo plc (the "Company") at the 2020 annual general meeting which is due to be held on 29 May 2020, the Company confirms that there is no other information regarding Ms. De la Vega that is required to be disclosed under paragraph 9.6.13 of the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
