Profile Summary

Graphite Corp. (Graphite) is a pre-revenue development-stage company. The Company is engaged in the commercialization of nanomaterials through the use of manufacturing techniques to create scalable processes for the production and sale of graphene flakes (GF) for use in composite materials and other applications, and graphene carbon nanotube hybrid material (GCNT) for use as an electrode. Graphite, through its wholly owned subsidiary, Advance Graphene Ltd. (AGL), is engaged in the production of GF. GF is utilized as an additive. GF is utilized as an additive and can be used in industries that manufacture microelectronics, coatings and composites. Graphite’s wholly owned subsidiary, Tubz, LLC (Tubz), through its license agreement with Rice University, is engaged in the production of GCNT using Rice University's graphene carbon nanotube electrode technology.
