Profile Summary

Gulf Manganese Corporation Limited, formerly Gulf Minerals Corporation Limited, is engaged in developing a ferromanganese smelting and sales business to produce carbon ferromanganese alloy in West Timor, Indonesia. The Company's principal activity is the development of an Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) focused manganese alloying enterprise based in West Timor. The Company is involved in the exploration for minerals and evaluation of mineral investment opportunities. Its proposed smelting complex will comprise approximately eight furnaces to be built in stages, with a modular design. It focuses on purchase of Indonesian manganese ores at the smelter gate; processing of the ores in the smelter to a ferromanganese alloy, and the sale of ferromanganese alloys.
