Appointment of non-executive Directors
Hunting PLC (LSE:HTG), the international energy services group today announces the appointment of Annell R. Bay and John ("Jay") F. Glick as independent non-executive Directors of the Company with immediate effect.
Annell Bay
Annell Bay, a US citizen, is currently a non-executive Director of Apache Corporation, a global oil and gas exploration and production company.
Ms Bay spent six years as vice-president of Global Exploration at Marathon Oil Corporation, an independent international energy company. Prior to Marathon, Ms Bay was vice-president of Americas Exploration at Shell Exploration and Production Company. Earlier, Ms Bay held senior positions with a number of oil and gas industry organisations including Kerr McGee, Oryx Energy and Chevron.
Jay Glick
Jay Glick, a US citizen, is currently a non-executive Director of TETRA Technologies, Inc. a geographically diversified oil and gas services company headquartered in Houston, Texas.
Mr Glick is a former executive of Lufkin Industries, Inc. (acquired by General Electric in 2013) where he held a number of senior roles including that of President and Chief Executive Officer between 2008 and 2013. Prior to joining Lufkin Industries, Inc. Mr Glick held several senior management positions within Cameron Iron Works Inc. and Cooper Industries Inc., for a combined period of 20 years. 
Ms Bay and Mr Glick will both join the audit, nomination and remuneration committees with immediate effect.
